Our History
2002
ERMC was formed in 2002 when a
chartered architectural practice joined
forces with a chartered surveying
practice and created a strong
multidisciplinary team.
2013
The Estates department was established
in 2013 with our first site of 70 units.
This addition to the business has meant
that we have professional services to
support projects from inception to
occupation and beyond, a truly circular
approach to the industry and our
professional development.
2024
At the time of writing we now manage
over 2500 homes, their associated
grounds, 6 play areas, 8 ponds
and 3 SANGs.
