Our team of experienced surveyors, estates & property managers work on both commercial and residential properties, we are well supported by our colleagues at ERMC and Rainey Petrie Architecture for design, building surveying, quantity surveying and project management for a complete property and build environment services.

About Property Management

Our diverse portfolio of instructions encompasses:

• Estate Management

• Office, industrial, retail and leisure

• Residential block management, including resident management companies (RMCs) and right to manage companies (RTMs).

• Dealing with all day-to-day matters, we ensure properties are actively managed and deliver an effective service.

 

We also offer a wider asset management role, along with an extensive list of additional services and expertise. Our clients are assigned a dedicated property manager and property assistant who work with you to deliver the best service possible.

 

Services are tailored to suit each instruction and any of the following can be included or excluded as required:

• Rent collection (non-residential only)

• Service charge and administration

• Health & safety compliance

• Reactive repairs and maintenance

• Landlord & tenant liaison
